Hey everyone! We’ve got a heartwarming story to share about Zane & Eliza’s wedding at the stunning Greyleigh in Kiama. This day was extra special for us, and here’s why!
Nine years ago, while on our honeymoon in Santorini, we met Zane’s mum, Ange, at the airport. We heard an Australian accent in the line and struck up a conversation. It turned out Ange is a photographer from Shellharbour, and we discovered we knew all the same people! During a delay at the airport, I (Camelia), being Greek, helped Ange and her boys navigate the situation. We said our goodbyes in Dubai, thinking that was the end of our story.
Fast forward nine years, and Ange has photographed our maternity photos, newborn photos, and family portraits. Now, the story comes full circle as we got to film her eldest son, Zane, marrying his wonderful partner, Eliza. How amazing is that?
Their wedding day was anything but traditional, and we loved every minute of it! From Zane’s heartfelt vows about serenading Eliza in primary school to the glamorous champagne towers, every detail was perfect. And let’s talk about the speeches—one in particular had everyone in tears!
